On behalf of the Directors of your Corporation, we are pleased to enclose for your review and consideration Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2015 10:00 am, at the North York Civic Center – Council Chambers, 5100 Yonge Street, Toronto, M2N 5W4.

3. Nomination forms for the positions of President and Directors

4. An instrument of proxy and accompanying notes

 

In addition to the regular business we will be electing the President and up to four (4) Directors. Nomination forms for these positions are attached hereto; please note the nomination period ends March 18th, 2015 at 11:00 am. Please fax your completed nomination forms to the Management Office at 1-888-389-3565 or by e-mail at: info@2012orca.org.

If you are unable to attend, we urge you to complete the attached proxy. We wish to emphasize the status of the Proxy Form as a legal document as well as its importance to you. It is imperative for any Member who is unable to attend the Meeting that you fax your completed proxy to the Management Office at 1-888-389-3565 or by e-mail at: info@2012orca.org so you can be represented at the meeting.
