    What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

    Easy subway access just a 2 minute walk from the Old Mill Subway Station.
    Onsite self parking available at a charge of $2 per hour/maximum of $12 per day.
    Accessible from all major highways.
    A convenient location 10 minutes from downtown Toronto and 15 minutes from Pearson International Airport.

     

    What can/can’t I bring to the event?

    Outside food and beverages will not be permitted at the event. Bags and personal cameras are permitted.

    Is my registration/ticket transferable?

    Yes, up to 7 days before the event. Please contact us by email to organize.

     

    Can I update my registration information?

    Yes you can, up to 7 days before the event.

     

    Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

    Please print out a copy of your ticket.

     

    What is the refund policy?

    Tickets are not refundable. The catering all has to be ordered in advance and the bulk of your ticket price is for the catering.

     

    Dress code

    This is a black tie event.

     

    Specific dietary requirements

    If you have very specific dietary requirements, please talk to us about them so we can cater for you properly.

     

    I can’t make it…but I still want to help out ”ORCA Student Grant” cause! How can I do this?

    First of all, thank you so much for wanting to support ”ORCA Student Grant” cause! If you go to the Eventbrite/ticket sales website or www.2012orca.org website you will be able to make a donation.

    Chances are you will be! By entering the ORCA Christmas Party event you consent to having your image captured and displayed for promotional and/or documentary use.
